Eighteen-year-old Kaiden Nathaniel Sisson of rural Harrison has been arrested and charged with 50 counts of second-degree sexual assault and 50 counts of voyeurism involving a minor female family member.
According to a probable cause affidavit from the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began in December after a report was made to the Arkansas State Police Child Abuse Hotline.
Investigators interviewed the alleged victim at her school. The affidavit states that she reported repeated incidents occurring over several years. During a subsequent interview with investigators, Sisson reportedly admitted to the allegations and said the conduct began when the victim was approximately eight or nine years old and continued until she was 13.
Authorities said Sisson was taken to a hospital for evaluation before being booked into the Newton County Jail on Wednesday. His bond was set at $50,000.
