According to the Probable Cause Affidavit from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Vickie White of Omaha hit a vehicle from behind traveling northbound on Highway 65 at the intersection with Highway 86 near Ridgedale.
According to the report, White showed signs of intoxication and eventually tested positive for intoxication and was placed under arrest.
The person driving the car she hit had been injured and taken to Cox Medical Center Branson for treatment.
White has been ordered to appear in Taney County Circuit Court to address these charges on December 10.
