On Sunday, November 1, everyone is receiving a free trip back in time as clocks move back one hour for Daylight Saving Time.
The time changes at 2 a.m. Sunday morning as the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and most of Arizona, falls back an hour. As most people find themselves asleep during the time change, The Farmer’s Almanac recommends changing your clocks before heading off to bed.
After this change, sunrise and sunset are about an hour earlier by the clock, which means brighter mornings and darker evenings, according to the Farmer’s Almanac.
