The Golden Goblins enter the contest looking to build on the momentum from last week’s rivalry victory. Harrison defeated Branson 28-16 to capture the Pella Windows and Doors Border Battle trophy for the second consecutive year and secure its first rivalry win of the season.

Mountain Home, meanwhile, will be looking to continue its recent success in the series. The Bombers have won the last three meetings against Harrison after the Goblins previously claimed 10 straight victories. Mountain Home opened its season with a narrow 12-7 loss to Farmington, a future 5A West Conference opponent for Harrison.

Fans can expect a playoff-like atmosphere Friday night. The rivalry has produced several memorable and competitive matchups over the years, and this season’s edition appears poised to add another chapter to the series.

For those attending the game, Harrison Public Schools announced on the Harrison Golden Goblin Facebook page that both credit and debit cards will now be accepted, along with cash, for admission to all home football games.
