The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has issued a list of sex offender addresses county residents should avoid while this Halloween season while trick or treating.
In a social media release, the sheriff’s office listed a total of 27 addresses, which were released in accordance with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act, A.C.A.12-12-901.
“This list includes the addresses of Level 3 and Level 4 offenders registered in Carroll County,” the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office stated in the release. “These individuals should not participate in any Halloween festivities, including handing out candy, decorating or having any contact with children. Please be safe, stay in groups and watch your surroundings.”
