Kathleen Ann Weeks, 80, of Forsyth, Missouri, passed away August 2, 2026,  Forsyth Nursing and Rehab.

Kathleen was born on June 5, 1946, at Kansas City, Missouri, to Marvin and Callie (Letcher) Hackett. She grew up and attended Amsterdam, MO. schools later moving to the Ozarks in 1993.
