The crash occurred at approximately 6:50 p.m. on southbound U.S. 65 about 3.25 miles south of Saddlebrooke near the intersection with Rose O’Neill Drive.
According to the crash report, a 2024 Kia Soul driven by a 72-year-old man from Shell Knob failed to yield to a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica driven by a 52-year-old woman from Hollister. The Pacifica struck the Kia, causing the Kia to overturn. The Pacifica then traveled off the roadway and caught fire.
