One of the victims of a Saturday night traffic crash in the Lakes Region has died.
According to the updated Missouri State Highway Patrol Report, an 88-year-old woman from Oregon was driving on Highway 160 near Merriam Woods when another vehicle crossed the centerline and hit her vehicle.
The woman was airlifted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield where she later died.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 31-year-old man from Columbia, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
