Vickey Ilene Powe, 75, of Peel, Arkansas, passed away on September 11, 2026, at her home. She was born on October 18, 1951, in Hayti, Missouri, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Williams) Stephens.
Vickey found her greatest joy in the time she spent with her family. She treasured every moment together and held those memories close to her heart. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee, working on puzzles, and traveling, always finding happiness in the simple pleasures of life. Vickey also loved relaxing with her favorite television shows, especially murder mysteries and shows like Little House on the Prairie. She was a huge Elvis Presley and Shirley Temple fan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Stephens, her husband Ross Powe and a brother-in-law Richie Powell.
Vickey is survived by her 4 children; Amy (Michael) Beaver, Brian (Christine) Thrush, Jeff (Larissa) Thrush and William (Shelia) Thrush. Also, she leaves behind her 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a brother Mitchell (Cindy) Stephens and a sister Cathy Powell.
A private burial will be held at a later date at Chaney Cemetery in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
Vickey’s warm heart, love of family, and enjoyment of life’s little moments will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
