Clint Leon Shelton, age 51, of Merriam Woods, Missouri, passed away September 16, 2026. He entered this life on October 8, 1974, the son of David Shelton and Shirley (Hartman) Falke in Richmond, Missouri. Clint was joined in marriage to Dora Farni on March 4, 1995. He is preceded in death by his father.
Clint proudly served our nation in the United States Army. A hardworking and caring man, Clint loved his family deeply. He spent many years working in construction and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those around him. Known for his generous heart, Clint was the kind of person who would give someone the shirt off his back without a second thought.
In his free time, Clint enjoyed watching television and working on cars, especially race cars. Whether he was tinkering with a vehicle or simply spending time with the people he loved, he found happiness in the simple things in life.
Above all, Clint will be remembered as a loving and devoted family man. His kindness, generosity, and caring nature touched the lives of those who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Clint is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Dora Shelton in Merriam Woods, Missouri; children, Rebah Shelton of Merriam Woods, Missouri, Clint Shelton Jr. of Merriam Woods, Missouri; mother, Shirley Falke; dad, Albert L. Falke; brothers, David Aaron Shelton of Richmond, Missouri; sister, Toni Jo Briggs of Wolfegale, Arizona; and brother, Toby Falke and wife, Toni of Independence, Missouri.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Clint’s family during this difficult time.
