Elevate Branson unveiled 16 new tiny homes in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
The celebration marked the second major expansion to Elevate Branson’s permanent tiny home community, according to a press release from Elevate Branson.
“Years of dreaming, planning, and hard work are becoming a reality,” Elevate Branson said in the release.
During last Wednesday’s event, 16 new residents discovered which tiny homes would be theirs.
“What excites me most is that Elevate Branson is not simply helping people get through a difficult season. We are helping people build a different future,” Elevate Branson Founder Bryan Stallings said in Elevate Branson’s September 2026 newsletter.
The community now hosts tiny 24 homes, with a total of 70 expected to be fully built by summer 2027.
Elevate Branson is taking resident applications for their future tiny homes. Potential residents must be 18 years or older and provide documentation for their identity and income, as well as undergo a thorough screening process. They must also have been a Taney County resident for at least 12 months.
Rent is $520 per month for the fully-furnished 400 sq. ft. houses.
Houses are funded through donations, sponsors and business partnerships, as well as federal grants.
“We can rise to the challenge of adequate and affordable housing and improve the quality of life for our neighbors, the hourly employees, and front-line workforce who support the Branson economy,” Elevate Branson explains on their website.
